Terms & conditions


Subject to availability we will endeavour to dispatch items as soon as your order is confirmed, to reach you within 30 days. We will contact you to advise of any unusual delays. If you do not receive your order within that period then please contact us as soon as possible thereafer.


Damaged or incomplete items:-

If any items are received in a damaged or incomplete then please contact us as soon as the defect is noticed.

UK and Europe only

In accordance with the provisions of the Distance Selling Directive, if an item is unwanted then please advise us within seven days of the day after the receipt of the item. We will arrange for a refund of the cost of the items - you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the item and are responsible returning it to us and paying the return postage to do so.

Responsibility for Local Taxes and Duties

When we ship books for delivery outside the United Kingdom, the recipient is liable for any local taxes or import duties that may be payable.
